Every meal at Sashwa is fully plant-based, seasonal, and prepared with intention. Mornings start with fresh juices, chia pots, granola snacks and cookies before morning safari — then we sit down for breakfast together. Lunches are light and bright. Evenings gather around the long table under the stars — sharing dishes rooted in African flavour and whole-food abundance.

Sashwa borders one of Africa's most biodiverse conservation zones. You will share the land with elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, and rhino — as well as hundreds of bird species rarely seen outside the wild. Two guided safari drives per day take you deep into the bush at dawn and dusk, when the animals are most alive.
